How to Report High Ping Issues:
If you're experiencing high ping, please follow these steps before submitting a ticket to help us resolve the issue faster:
1. Download MTR (My Traceroute)
First, you need to download and install the MTR application. You can get it from here or use your system's package manager.
2. Run MTR to the Affected IP
Once you have MTR installed, follow these steps:
- Open the MTR application.
- Enter the IP address where you’re experiencing high ping.
- Let the test run for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, take a screenshot of the results showing the route and ping information.
3. Run MTR from Your VPS to Your Home IP
- Log into your VPS.
- Run MTR from your VPS to your home IP address.
- Let it run for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, take a screenshot of the results.
4. Submit Your Results
Once you have both screenshots (one from your home to the affected IP and one from your VPS to your home IP), please submit a ticket with the following:
- Both screenshots of the MTR results.
- A description of the issue you’re facing (e.g., high ping, lag, server instability).
